The MIRACO scanner offers unparalleled precision tailored to diverse project needs, with flexibility to switch between modes, achieving exceptional accuracies ranging from an astonishing 0.02 mm for meticulous detail capture to a rapid 0.5 mm accuracy for swift surface scanning. This adaptability ensures efficient and precise results for diverse scanning requirements.

The MIRACO scanner is equipped with a 9-axis IMU. This design comprises gyroscopes (rotational changes tracking), accelerometers (velocity alterations detection), and magnetometers (magnetic interference mitigation) across three axes, enhancing positioning accuracy. This collectively enables the scanner to precisely determine its position, orientation, and movement in space, thus improving the accuracy of 3D scanning outcomes.

Empowered by a robust 8-core 2.8 GHz processor, complemented by 16 GB of RAM (up to 5000 non-color frames and 4000 color frames), and a 256 GB hard drive, the MIRACO scanner delivers swift scanning and processing capabilities. For enhanced performance and efficiency with larger-scale projects, it is recommended to use the MIRACO Pro 3D scanner, equipped with 32 GB RAM (up to 10000 non-color frames and 8000 color frames), and additional accessories (far-mode calibration boards, a large calibration-board sheet and an HDMI adapter).

With the MIRACO 3D scanner, the user can choose between two highly efficient scanning modes to suit the specific needs. The single-shot mode simplifies the capture of feature-rich or featureless objects, offering precise tracking, high accuracy, and minimal point cloud overlap. Alternatively, the continuous mode delivers scanning speeds of up to 15 fps, ideal for rapidly creating models of specific areas and small objects.

The MIRACO scanner can produce vibrant and detailed textured color 3D models effortlessly using the 48-megapixel 8K RGB camera, available in both single-shot mode for meticulous results and continuous mode for swift color model creation.

Portability meets convenience with the MIRACO scanner, weighing only 750 g and boasting a robust 5000 mAh battery that provides up to 2 hours of independent scanning. Say goodbye to the hassle of carrying a laptop or dealing with cables. Swift 80% charging in just 35 minutes with 50 W fast charging ensures uninterrupted scanning sessions. The user can switch seamlessly between turntable and handheld scanning for optimal hand-eye coordination, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in your scanning process.

Benefit from advanced features such as post-processing models directly within the scanner, lightning-fast WiFi 6 connectivity, USB type-C 3.1 for swift project transfers, and the ability to connect to larger screens for enhanced visibility and presentation purposes (only PRO version). Furthermore, MIRACO's 2K 6-inch AMOLED screen (active matrix of OLED pixels) can be adjusted up to a 180º angle, facilitating convenient viewing and operations, including scanning in a selfie mode. The MIRACO scanner's output formats are PLY, OBJ and STL, which makes it compatible with any 3D printing workflow.

While the MIRACO scanner is a powerful tool, it has its limitations. Although built to endure various conditions (temperatures of -10°C to 40°C and an IP45 splash resistance rating), the MIRACO scanner should not be exposed to water or direct sunlight. Scanning objects smaller than 10 x 10 x 10 mm should also be avoided. Furthermore, just like with any other 3D scanner, the scanning of highly reflective, black or transparent objects may require using a 3D scanning spray such as the AESUB Transparent scanning spray. These considerations ensure optimal performance and reliable scanning results.
