The PRO9499 White resin is a premium modeling material based on a base material from Henkel, specifically engineered to meet the demands of professionals seeking outstanding feature resolution and accuracy. This bright white resin boasts a brilliant matte finish that remains pristine even after post-curing, ensuring consistent quality throughout various modeling applications. Renowned for its exceptional detail and superior surface finish, the PRO9499 White resin is tailored for optimal first-time print success, making it an ideal choice for discerning users aiming for top-tier results.
The PRO9499 White resin exhibits impressive mechanical properties that enhance its suitability for a wide range of applications. With a Tensile Modulus of 1841 MPa and Ultimate Tensile Strength of 52 MPa, it demonstrates exceptional strength and resilience under tension, as per ASTM D638 standards. Additionally, its Tensile Elongation at Break of 50 MPa ensures flexibility without compromising structural integrity. The Flex Modulus of 2164 MPa and Flex Strength of 95 MPa, measured according to ASTM D638 and D790 respectively, further highlight its durability and ability to withstand bending forces. Furthermore, boasting a Hardness (Shore D) of 77D and a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of 72°C at 0.45 MPa, as per ASTM D790 and D648 standards, it showcases remarkable resistance to deformation and thermal stability. With a minimal Water Absorption rate of 0.21% over 24 hours, as determined by ASTM D570, PRO9499 White Resin ensures long-term performance and reliability even in humid environments.

Parts 3D printed with the Nexa 3D PRO9499 White resin will achieve their specific properties only after being subjected to post-processing by washing and curing. If applicable, the support structures must be removed from the part before curing and the part must be washed. Nexa3D recommends using xClean (max. 2 minutes) followed by IPA alcohol (max. 5 minutes).
Once washed, the parts 3D printed with the PRO9499 White resin must be dried and then cured either with the help of an LED or wide spectrum lamp, or in the Nexa 3D Wash+Cure station developed especially for the washing and curing of parts 3D printed on the XiP 3D printer. The recommended washing, drying and curing times can be consulted on the manufacturer's website for each Nexa 3D resin. After the post-curing, parts 3D printed with the PRO9499 White resin can be subjected to an additional thermal treatment. The instructions can be found in the product's Technical Datasheet in the Downloads section.
Certain precautions must be taken when working with 3D printing resins. The user must ensure that the working space is adequately ventilated, and that protective goggles, gloves and garments are worn at all times. The PRO9499 White resin should be stored in a tightly closed container/resin vat to avoid resin deterioration due to UV exposure. The container/vat should be kept in a cool, well ventilated area away from heat, sparks and open flame.
