ABShot S3 - Dry sandblasting cabinet

The S3 sandblasting booth from ABShot is designed for surface finishing processes in additive manufacturing. Sandblasting machines use abrasive media propelled at high speed to remove residues, smooth surfaces, and enhance part aesthetics and performance. The S3 model is ideal for sandblasting medium-sized parts across various industries, offering a spacious working area of 640 x 500 x 600 mm.

It features a boron carbide nozzle with a 6 mm diameter and operates at an airflow of 600 l/min at 6 Atm. Constructed from 15/10 steel sheet with an epoxy-painted finish, the booth ensures durability and corrosion resistance. A watertight safety glass enables clear work observation, while interior lighting and a front door with integrated sleeves provide safe and efficient operation.

The ABShot S3 includes an advanced air circuit equipped with a filter-pressure regulator and a solenoid valve, allowing precise control of the sandblasting gun via an electric pedal. Its built-in dust suction system features an antistatic suction hose for optimal cleanliness and safety. Additionally, the booth can be optionally equipped with a rotary basket accessory for automatic sandblasting of small parts, enhancing productivity.
