Wash bucket for XiP Wash+Cure Nexa 3D

The XiP Wash+Cure station comes with a wash bucket but another one can be purchased separately in order to post-process parts 3D printed with the XiP printer in a two-bucket process recommended by Nexa 3D.

Using two separate wash buckets ensures that the parts are properly cleaned and saves solvent in the long term. The first bucket (dirty bath) is for removing most of the uncured resin from the surface of the part and the solvent in the first bucket can be saturated with much more resin before having to be replaced. The second bucket contains the so-called clean bath which should be filled with clean solvent and reserved for final wash for a deeper cleaning of the part. Once the dirty bath in the first bucket becomes too saturated with resin, the bath in second bucket can be repurposed as the dirty bath until it becomes saturated too.

The XiP wash bucket has a 5.5 l capacity and comes with a sealed lid and a basket to hold the XiP build plate or loose parts. The bottom wash bucket is also equipped with magnetic stirrers that agitate the solvent around the part and ensure thorough cleaning and uniform results. The XiP wash bucket is compatible with IPA alcohol and with the xCLEAN solution.
