ReForm rPLA from FormFutura is a safe and inert material under normal storage conditions. To ensure maximum quality, stability, and long-term performance, it is recommended to keep the pellets in a hermetically sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight or intense light sources.

Before extrusion, it is recommended to pre-dry the pellets for 4 to 6 hours at 85 °C, ensuring a moisture content below 100 ppm. This preparation guarantees uniform flow, optimal layer adhesion, and dimensionally stable parts for large-format 3D printing (LFAM).

The recommended extrusion temperatures for LFAM are: Zone 1: 185 °C ±5 °C (max. 210 °C), Zone 2: 195 °C ±5 °C with nozzle at 200 °C ±10 °C, and Zone 3: 205 °C ±5 °C. Adhering to these ranges ensures precise, durable prints with excellent surface finish.

Following these guidelines allows full utilization of ReForm rPLA properties, producing stable, strong, and visually appealing 3D parts for industrial applications, prototypes, art, and design.
