TECH-G filament is an extremely hard PETG polymer and also approved by the FDA CFR 177.1315 certificate. TECH-G filament is known as a technical material, hundreds of specifications for strength and durability over time, chemical resistance, certifications worldwide, and technical specifications.

It is a material developed for Engineering Design and architectural use. According to the manufacturer Taulman 3D has the chemical configuration which provides the best viscosity, reduced shrinkage and better bonding for 3D printing of all PET filaments. It is also very similar in terms of transparency to the  T-Glase (filament (Both are PET filaments).

PETG filaments are a modified version of the simplest PET; it is a nontoxic thermoplastic polymer used in the manufacture of clothing and vessel products. PETG filaments are gaining popularity because of its low melting temperature and durability, so it is a good alternative to any ABS or nylon. Most of engineering prototypes made of PLA or ABS to check if the "form and fitness of design" are correct. However many times you want to prototyping and testing of strength (usually the main limiting tensile strength) and useful, but the basic filaments not permit; hence the filament TECH-G has a reason for being.

TECH-G filament was released as a new material in 3D printing offers greater tensile strength and offers a fair amount of elongation for functional prototypes.

Although the ideal temperature can vary from 3D printer, the average is 238 °C. When printing at a temperature too high bubbles in print and may appear if printed with low temperature may have a completely opaque finish. We recommend using the lower fans. Because it is important to adjust the ideal temperature depending on the extruder used.

The filament is suitable for any type of nozzle. As for the print speed is advisable to print the same as the ABS (about 40 mm/s) can be printed although slower for prints with better finish. Retraction for a nozzle of 0.5mm is 2.5mm; thus following this rule can be applied to any nozzle relationship. Also ideal bed temperature between 45-68 °C.
