The CreatBot PEEK‑300 and other CreatBot printers allow swapping nozzles with different diameters and materials to optimize results according to filament type and part geometry.

Spare part compatibility: use nozzles specifically designed for CreatBot printers or with compatible threads and specifications (M6 diameter, 1.75 mm filament) to ensure thermal alignment and a tight seal.

Nozzle material selection: for printing technical or abrasive composite materials (carbon fiber, reinforced PEEK), hardened steel is recommended for its higher wear resistance and thermal stability in ranges up to ~500 °C.
