The PEEK-300 printer offers a build volume of 300 x 300 x 400 mm in single extrusion mode and 240 x 300 x 400 mm in dual extrusion mode. The printer is compatible with 1.75 mm filament and comes with a default 0.4 mm nozzle, but also supports 0.3, 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0 mm nozzles. The positioning resolution is 11 µm for XY and 25 µm for Z, with a layer height ranging from 0.04 to 0.5 mm, ensuring high precision and versatility in printing.

The extrusion system

The CreatBot PEEK-300 3D printer boasts an advanced extrusion system featuring the new smart auto-rising direct drive dual extruders. This system, complemented by efficient water cooling, allows the nozzles to operate at temperatures up to 500 ºC (up to 480 ºC in dual extrusion mode). This capability enables printing with a wide range of 3D printing materials, including PLA, PC, ABS, PA6, PETG, PVDF, POM-C, PP, TPU, PPSU, PEI (ULTEM), PA12, PSU, PPS, PA-CF, medical-grade PEEK, PEEK, PEKK, PEEK-CF (carbon fiber), and PEEK-GF (glass fiber).

The printer's efficient cooling system

The innovative liquid cooling system ensures optimal temperature regulation by circulating water within the hot-end. This cooling system is crucial for maintaining high performance in a printer capable of reaching elevated temperatures. The PEEK-300 is designed for enhanced speed, precision, and reliability, achieving resolutions up to 0.04 mm and print speeds up to 120 mm/s (with an optimal speed range of 40-60 mm/s).

The powerful direct drive setup ensures consistent high-quality performance, making the PEEK-300 an exceptional choice for demanding 3D printing applications. Furthermore, crucial components of the PEEK-300 3D printer such as motors, linear rails, belts, and circuits have been carefully selected to have high-temperature resistance. This ensures sustained performance during extended periods of high-temperature printing.

Patented Direct Annealing System

The Direct Annealing System is CreatBot's patented solution that allows for instant annealing of the part during printing at temperatures of up to 400 ºC. This solution eliminates the need for secondary treatment of the part in an oven. The surrounding temperature can be set between 0-200 ºC.

By adjusting the DAS temperature function for different material parts, various requirements for toughness and strength can be achieved. This unique capability of the PEEK-300 3D printer streamlines the production process, reduces post-processing time, and allows for precise control over the mechanical properties of the printed parts, leading to higher efficiency and improved overall print quality.

The build chamber

The CreatBot PEEK-300 3D printer is equipped with a fully enclosed build chamber that can be heated up to 120 ºC. This feature ensures a consistent temperature, significantly reducing the risk of cracks and warping, which are common issues when printing with ABS and other engineering materials. The printer employs triple heat isolation, consisting of a double insulation chamber, advanced insulation materials, and vacuum double PC boards, ensuring high performance and safety.

Safety is ensured by the HEPA air filtration system

The air pump cooling system draws in cold air from outside the chamber, maintaining an optimal internal temperature. Additionally, the HEPA air filter system effectively adsorbs impurities and gases produced during the printing process, enhancing safety and environmental protection, making the printer suitable for use in homes, schools, and offices.

The build platform of the PEEK-300 can reach temperatures up to 200 ºC, which is crucial for printing materials such as PEEK and PEKK. The platform features a removable carbon fiber sheet on a fixed glass plate, providing a stable and versatile printing surface. Furthermore, the printer's chassis accomodates a dedicated filament compartment for storing spools during printing, a feature crucial for working with advanced and humidity-sensitive 3D printing materials.

Connectivity and smart features

The PEEK-300 printer is equipped with advanced connectivity and smart features designed for enhanced efficiency and ease of use. It features a 4.3'' full-color touch screen with multi-language support, providing intuitive control and navigation. The printer supports USB connectivity and USB disk for versatile print methods.
