The CreatBot PEEK-250 is a high-performance FDM 3D printer, specially designed to work with advanced engineering materials such as PEEK and PEI. This printer stands out for its ability to reach extremely high temperatures, with a nozzle that goes up to 480°C, a bed and print chamber that can reach up to 200°C. The PEEK-250 features a special device inside to allow 360º air circulation, ensuring uniform heating.

This variant within the Creatbot printer family combines features for printing high-quality, high-strength parts capable of withstanding extreme temperature and pressure conditions, as required in aerospace or functional prototype applications.

Thanks to its advanced thermal insulation and water cooling system, the CreatBot PEEK-250 maintains precise control of internal temperature, ensuring exceptional stability during the printing process. This precise control allows for the creation of parts with engineering materials that require controlled printing conditions, such as PEEK, a polymer highly resistant to heat, chemicals, and abrasion.

Ultra-High Temperature Extrusion System

Equipped with a dual-toothed silicon carbide extruder, this 3D printer can print any filament below 500°C, such as carbon fiber and fiberglass. The water cooling device allows optimal temperature regulation, a key factor for smooth printing. Additionally, the hotend is an integrated die-casting nozzle, which can be replaced in 30 seconds without the need to remove other parts or screws.

Single-Step Annealing

One of the great advantages of this printer is its ability to perform annealing within the printer itself, improving the mechanical properties of printed parts without the need for subsequent treatment. Once the model is printed, there is no need to detach it from the platform, let it cool naturally, or anneal it in an annealing oven. With the direct annealing function after printing, everything can be done with the same printer. The controlled environment inside the printer, with temperatures up to 200°C, ensures that materials like PEI extrude correctly, avoiding deformations or failures during the process. Simply

Thermal Insulation and Chamber Safety

The PEEK-250 is covered by an aeronautical-grade thermal insulation protective cover. This allows the printer to reach high temperatures while ensuring that the front door, top door, screen area, body, or side panels do not exceed 40°C. This ensures maximum safety for users during operation.

The CreatBot PEEK-250 is the first desktop printer to achieve these temperature levels, providing an accessible and efficient solution for high-strength 3D printing. Thanks to its heated build platform up to 200°C, this printer is perfect for manufacturing functional prototypes, customized parts, and industrial applications that require high-end materials.

In summary, the CreatBot PEEK-250 is a professional 3D printer designed to deliver superior results in the manufacturing of complex and durable parts. With its ability to print with materials like PEEK and PEI, and its advanced thermal control features, this printer is ideal for those needing high precision and strength in their 3D printing projects.
