Material preparation: ensure that the mixture of clay, stoneware, porcelain or refractory material is free of air bubbles and has the proper consistency. The amount of trapped air can affect extrusion and cause defects or interruptions.

Feeding system: the printer requires a compressed air supply of at least 8 bar to operate the material tank piston. For the 40100 model, a compressor with a minimum capacity of 50 liters is recommended.
Maximum aggregate size: if additives such as grog or cellulose fibers are added, the maximum particle diameter must comply with the extruder specifications (for example, ≤ 0.2 mm for the standard LDM). Data provided by the manufacturer.

Nozzle and speed: the printer supports nozzles of different diameters (e.g. 1.2 mm, 2 mm, or 4–8 mm when using the XL version) and movement speeds up to ~150 mm/s. Adjust layer parameters according to nozzle diameter and material flowability.

Build volume and platform support: the unit supports Ø 400 mm × 1000 mm in height (or a lower height with an additional plate) — ensure the platform is leveled and structurally rigid to avoid deformation.
