Replacement hotends for the F430-NX, PEEK-250, D600 Pro 2 HS, D1000 HS and PEEK-300 3D printers.

Three models are available: Standard, Quick Remove v1 and Quick Remove v2. These are original CreatBot replacements, compatible exclusively with the above-mentioned 3D printers. They are manufactured with high-quality components, ensuring fast heating and efficient heat dissipation. Each hotend includes its corresponding nozzle and is engineered to deliver maximum performance in demanding industrial applications. Compatible with high-temperature printing, these components ensure stable extrusion.

Manufactured using high-grade materials and designed to withstand continuous use with technical and abrasive filaments such as PEEK, PEI, PA-CF or PC, CreatBot hotends provide excellent thermal conductivity, rapid temperature recovery and high precision in material deposition.

CreatBot printer hotends are designed to provide precise thermal control and stable extrusion in ranges that can exceed 400 °C in high-performance models such as the PEEK‑300. The quality of the hotend is crucial for working with technical, abrasive, or high-melting-point materials without degrading parts or thermal components.

Temperature selection: choose the appropriate hotend according to the material's thermal requirements. High-temperature models (420 °C–500 °C) allow printing PEEK, PEKK, or reinforced composites with carbon or glass fibers.

Proper installation: heat the hotend before disassembling or assembling parts to avoid damage to threads or the heater block and ensure optimal thermal contact.

Thread and filament compatibility: verify that the hotend is compatible with 1.75 mm filament and original or certified CreatBot nozzles to prevent material leaks or unstable extrusion.

Thermal maintenance: periodically check the interior of the hotend and nozzles, especially after printing filled materials, to avoid clogs or premature wear. Proper cleaning and replacing worn nozzles extend the hotend’s lifespan.

Parameter adjustment after replacement: after changing the hotend, recalibrate key parameters such as heating PID, retraction, and print speed in the firmware/slicer to ensure thermal stability and extrusion quality.
