The High Flow ObXidian hotend is the fruit of a collaboration between the renowned brands E3D and Bambu Lab and it was designed specially for the Bambu Lab 3D printers from the X1 and P1 series. The High Flow ObXidian hotend is one of the most compact, lightweight, and high-performing hotends available, boasting a maximum printing temperature of 300 ºC and available in diameters of 0.4 mm or 0.6 mm.

Constructed for efficiency, the High Flow ObXidian hotends are tailored to amplify the performance of the Bambu Lab X1 and X1 Carbon, X1E, P1S and P1P printers. This is achieved thanks to E3D's High Flow technology to maximize the volumetric flow rate by an astounding 60 %. The seamless extrusion at increased speeds capitalizes on the full potential of the Bambu Lab printers' motion system.

The High Flow ObXidian hotend is characterized by smoothness and durability. The proprietary E3DLC coating applied to the nozzle and heater components not only enhances resistance against abrasive materials used in fiber-filled filaments but also provides a non-stick layer, preventing plastic build-up and ensuring consistent, hassle-free printing experiences. The High Flow ObXidian hotend can be used with fibre filled filaments, glow in the dark and glitter filled filaments but it should be kept in mind that prolonged use of metal and ceramic filled filaments will cause increased wear.

Retaining the same form factor as the stock Bambu hotend, the High Flow ObXidian hotend facilitates a swift installation (video tutorials can be found in the Usage Tips section). The temperature sensor and heater pads can be reused without the need for mount or part cooling adjustments. The package contains all the components essential for installing this upgrade: the High Flow ObXidian hotend (0.40 mm or 0.60 mm), thermal grease for enhanced heat conduction, a Bambu Lab silicone sock, a heater retaining spring, and two Bambu Lab bolts.

It must be kept in mind that the High Flow ObXidian hotend for Bambu Lab X1/P1P series was crafted to retain the identical physical structure of the original Bambu nozzles. This means that these hotends are incompatible with the Revo series of nozzles.
