This FDM printer reaches printing speeds of up to 400 mm/s, has a deposition rate of 170 mm³/s (760 g/h) and a travel speed of 1,000 m/s, which significantly accelerates production.

Its direct dual-drive extrusion supports temperatures up to 300 ºC, while the heated bed reaches 120ºC, ensuring optimal adhesion in each layer. Its liquid cooling system stabilizes the temperature of the extruders, prolonging the lifespan of the components and ensuring continuous printing without interruptions.

It also has a filament monitoring system that prevents failures due to blockages or material depletion. In addition, its built-in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) ensures the continuity of the printing process even in the event of power outages.

Controlled and Efficient Working Environment

Thanks to its high-efficiency thermal insulation system, the IDENTITY maintains optimal conditions inside the chamber without the need for additional heaters. It reaches a constant temperature of 50ºC in the interior, which ensures uniform and warp-free printing. The HEPA and Activated Carbon filtration system purifies the air at the end of each print, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

Space Optimization and Ergonomics

Every detail of the IDENTITY has been designed with user comfort and space optimization in mind. Its completely frontal access allows operating the printer without the need to clear additional space around it. The work platform is located at a height of 95 cm, ensuring an ergonomic posture during the handling of parts and materials. Its 7-inch touch screen facilitates the configuration and monitoring of the process, while the filament loading drawer and access to liquid cooling and batteries are strategically located at the bottom.

The use of filament instead of pellet provides superior print quality with an impeccable finish. The IDENTITY is compatible with any 1.75 mm filament, expanding the manufacturing possibilities with materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, HIPS, PC, PC-CF and PA-CF.

Its Ethernet connectivity with encrypted protocol guarantees industrial security, allowing wireless file transfer. It incorporates an FHD camera for real-time remote monitoring, ensuring complete control of the printing process.
