The R3DIMENSION CUBE industrial 3D printer has been developed for the manufacturing of large-scale parts, with a manufacturing volume of 1 cubic meter. Its technology optimizes the production of large-scale models, ensuring precise and efficient printing. CUBE is the second development of the Spanish company R3DIMENSION and, along with the IDENTITY, comes to expand the possibilities of industrial additive manufacturing.

This FDM printer has an extrusion temperature of 420ºC and a printing bed that reaches 100ºC. It also supports 2.85 mm filaments and offers the possibility of expanding its functions and capabilities with optional elements.

IDEX technology for greater productivity

Like the IDENTITY, the CUBE 3D printer features an independent dual extrusion (IDEX) system that allows printing in different modes (multimaterial, copy or mirror), improving efficiency compared to single-head printers. This feature makes it possible to print identical parts simultaneously or to combine different materials in the same manufacture, optimizing times and reducing production costs.

High printing speed and precision

The CUBE's extrusion system achieves a deposition rate of up to 360 mm³/s in dual mode and 180 mm³/s in single mode, accelerating manufacturing without compromising quality. The available nozzles, from 0.6 mm to 2.5 mm, allow printing with layer heights from 0.15 mm to 2 mm, adapting to different resolution and strength requirements.

Compatibility with a wide range of materials

CUBE is compatible with multiple materials for 3D printing, including PLA, PLA PRO, PETG, TPU and PVA. In addition, it accepts any 2.85 mm diameter filament, offering versatility for the manufacture of functional parts, industrial prototypes and final components with high quality standards.

Robust design and industrial reliability

Built with high-strength materials, CUBE has been designed to guarantee durability and stability in continuous 24/7 manufacturing processes. It incorporates a 7-inch HMI digital screen, a collision detection system, liquid cooling and a closed printing chamber, ensuring optimal conditions throughout the process.

The 3D printing software developed by R3DIMENSION allows for quick and easy configuration of models. The pre-configured printing profiles and periodic updates guarantee optimal results in every print. File transfer is done with a single click, facilitating the workflow.

Optional accessories to optimize production

To improve performance and safety, CUBE has optional accessories such as FHD surveillance cameras, filament monitors, active thermal insulation, redundant power supplies and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, offering greater control and efficiency in the printing process.
