The CORE One from the renowned brand Prusa stands out as a reliable, all-around 3D printing solution with minimal maintenance requirements. Optional accessories further enhance the printer's capabilities, including a USB camera, accelerometer, GPIO hackerboard, advanced air filtration system, and filament drybox. For those already using the MK4/S, many accessories, such as print sheets, nozzles, and hotends, are compatible, making the transition or integration seamless.

With its plug-and-print configuration, the CORE One minimizes the time between unboxing and printing. The setup process includes a one-time calibration, followed by straightforward operation via a 3.5″ full-color touchscreen.

Advanced sensors ensure hassle-free operation, including filament sensors, a load cell sensor, power failure recovery, and high-precision thermistors. Its actively heated chamber ensures stable temperatures, enabling smooth printing of materials prone to warping. The magnetic heatbed, with a maximum temperature of 120 ºC and removable smooth PEI-coated steel sheets, adds convenience while maintaining precise thermal control.

Thanks to its CoreXY kinematics and robust construction, the CORE One delivers exceptional speed without sacrificing print quality. Users are free to experiment with any filament type, supported by factory-tuned profiles for over 200 materials. Key features such as high-flow nozzles, 0.9° X and Y stepper motors, and Input Shaper technology ensure precision and consistency even at high speeds, enabling faster project completion with professional results.

The CORE One is equipped with the Nextruder direct drive extruder, featuring a 10:1 planetary gearbox for precise filament control. Its aluminum heatsink, all-metal hotend, and high-flow brass nozzle (0.4 mm) provide superior performance for complex designs. Enhanced 360° cooling ensures optimal performance for challenging geometries, such as 75° overhangs, while the quick-swap nozzle design simplifies maintenance and customization.  

Multi-material printing with MMU3

For users seeking to expand their creative possibilities, the CORE One is fully compatible with the MMU3 multi-material upgrade. This add-on enables the use of up to five filaments simultaneously, allowing for intricate, multi-colored designs.
