The XZ axis operates in sync, as both axes are mounted together, allowing the two high-torque motors to work in harmony for quick response and the ability to accelerate from 0 to 600 mm/s in just 0.03 seconds. The XZ belt tensioning is fully automated, enhancing speed while preventing slippage or blockages. Furthermore, the Z-axis features precision linear rods and toothed belts, ensuring unmatched accuracy.

The Ender 3 V3 Plus is equipped with a dependable new extrusion kit featuring a quick-change nozzle. The Unicorn trimetallic nozzle is made of copper, incorporating a steel tip and a titanium alloy heat sink, which guarantees exceptional durability. This quick-change nozzle also effectively prevents heat leakage, ensuring smooth and consistent filament feeding.

The direct drive extruder is upgraded with a reinforcing spring and a ball plunger, ensuring a secure grip on the filament to prevent loosening and avoid jams. The Ender 3 V3 Plus is also equipped with a robust 60 W ceramic heater that encircles the hotend, enabling it to reach 300 °C in just 75 seconds. This high-performance heater allows the printer to fully melt a wide range of filaments, including PLA, PLA CF, ABS, PETG, PETG CF, TPU, and other high-temperature materials. Additionally, the printer features a detachable spool holder for added convenience.

The Ender 3 V3 Plus is equipped with two fans designed for immediate cooling of printed parts. One fan is positioned in front and the other behind the print head, effectively cooling the freshly printed areas quickly and evenly to guarantee high-quality prints. Both fans are carefully balanced, minimizing vibrations and ensuring exceptional print results.

The print bed of the Ender 3 V3 Plus can achieve a maximum temperature of 100 °C. It comes with a flexible, textured PEI plate that ensures strong adhesion for prints made from various materials. The spring steel base allows users to easily release prints with a gentle bend. Additionally, the printer is delivered in pre-assembled modules, enabling a quick and straightforward setup in less than 10 minutes.
