BUILDER-EXTREME-1500PRO-HC
Approximate delivery date: Wednesday 23 October - Thursday 24 October

The Extreme 1500 PRO HC 3D printer is a completely enclosed industrial 3D printer by Builder designed for producing large, full-scale components, including molds, tooling, and functional parts. It boasts an impressive build volume of 1100 x 500 x 820 mm. Notable features include an actively heated chamber and a water-cooled print head. This printer can achieve printing speeds of up to 200 mm/s, with a travel speed reaching 300 mm/s. The printer's performance is enhanced by a maximum nozzle temperature of 300 ºC and a heated bed that can reach up to 100 ºC, promoting strong adhesion and minimizing warping.

The aluminum build plate ensures even heat distribution across the print bed. In addition to the aluminum plate, an optional flexible build plate can be placed on top to facilitate easier removal of printed parts. The printer supports a wide variety of 1.75 mm filaments, including advanced PLA, ASA, ABS, PETG, PA, PC CF, and PA HThttps://filament2print.com/en/179-filaments, enhancing its versatility for multiple applications. A standout feature of the Builder Extreme 1500 PRO HC is its advanced water-cooled print head, which incorporates a direct drive mono extruder, with nozzles in diameters of 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 mm included. The water cooling system ensures that critical components, including the extruder motors, remain in optimal condition.

To ensure exceptional print quality, reduce warping in larger objects, and improve adhesion, the Extreme 1500 PRO HC features a temperature-controlled heated build chamber that can reach up to 70 ºC. The machine is fully insulated to prevent heat loss during the printing process. Additionally, the filament drawer, which accommodates two 4.5 kg spools, is passively heated to maintain optimal filament condition. There is even an option to place a second spool in the drawer for drying prior to printing.

The Builder Extreme 1500 PRO HC is equipped with numerous advanced features aimed at streamlining the printing process and improving reliability. Its 7-inch touchscreen provides an intuitive interface that makes navigation simple and user-friendly. Furthermore, the printer is fitted with a filament detection system that alerts users when the filament is running low or has run out, thereby preventing interruptions and ensuring continuous, trouble-free operation.

In addition, the printer is equipped with an emergency stop button that enables rapid cessation of the printing process in case of unexpected problems. It also includes a door locking safety system, which restricts access to the chamber doors during printing and only allows them to be opened when the print is paused, thereby improving safety and control. Should a power outage occur, the built-in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system automatically saves the print status and resumes the job once power is restored, minimizing both material waste and downtime.

Furthermore, the Extreme 1500 PRO HC is fully compatible with a BOFA air filter system (optional), which can be easily attached to the side of the machine. The air filter automatically activates once the print is completed, ensuring that the air inside the printer is filtered before the doors are opened. The inclusion of this filter is mandatory with the purchase of the Extreme 1500 PRO HC
