The CreatBot D1000 HS 3D printer is equipped with an aviation-grade aluminum build plate, ensuring durability and reliability for a variety of printing tasks. Additionally, its print bed features an automatic leveling system with a high-precision servo probe that measures and records flatness at 100 points during the initial setup. This information allows for intelligent Z-axis height compensation throughout the printing process, ensuring fully automated and accurate leveling.

Motion System

For its motion system, the D1000 HS uses aluminum casting for its components, ensuring robustness and durability. The printer's linear rail structure is designed to be thick and resistant to deformation, maintaining precision over extended periods. It is equipped with high-quality stepper motors with a step angle of 1.8° and micro-steps of 1/16, providing quick responses with no inertia and eliminating delays. The closed-loop control system further guarantees reliability, contributing to high and consistent print quality even at the printer's maximum speeds of 120 mm/s.

Build Chamber

The CreatBot D1000 HS 3D printer is designed with a 60 ºC heated chamber that ensures optimal print quality when working with high-performance materials. The completely enclosed chamber effectively blocks external interference, which helps maintain a constant temperature and minimizes the risk of warping in printed models, especially in very large parts.

Furthermore, the printer's frame is designed to reduce noise, contributing to a quieter work environment. To enhance compatibility with advanced materials, the D1000 HS includes an integrated filament drying chamber capable of operating at temperatures of 45 ºC or 65 ºC, designed to dry two 5 kg filament spools like PLA, PA, PC, and ABS. This feature is particularly useful for handling hygroscopic materials that require careful management.

Additionally, the build chamber of the D1000 HS is equipped with a HEPA air filtration system, which effectively absorbs impurities and gases emitted by materials such as ABS, PA, or PC. This filtration system contributes to a safer printing environment by keeping the air quality clean, making the D1000 suitable for use in office spaces, educational environments, or even homes. This comprehensive approach to chamber and air quality management ensures that the D1000 HS can provide reliable, high-quality prints while protecting users and their environment.

Connectivity and Smart Features

The CreatBot D1000 HS 3D printer features a variety of connectivity and smart features designed to enhance user experience and print quality. In the event of a power failure, the printer remembers the print position, saves data, lowers the platform, and retracts the filament, allowing for seamless print resumption once power is restored.
