All-metal extruder

DyzeXtruder Pro is an all-metal extruder with small dimensions, which makes it very efficient when it comes to optimising the available space in configurations with several extruders.

As for the gear system, DyzeXtruder Pro has a double gear system and a gear ratio of 5.65 : 1, allowing to exploit the full potential of the motor and superior traction with lower filament pressure, reducing the risk of deforming or damaging the filament in prints that require many retractions.

The gears that make up the DyzeXtruder Pro extruder, made of hardened steel, feature a redesigned tooth pattern for 35% higher traction with rigid filament and 25% higher traction when using flexible filament. For optimal operation even with these types of filaments, the DyzeXtruder Pro extruder guides the material all the way through, without allowing the filament to run out, reducing the possibility of clogging. The entire gear system is coated with a low-friction material, further increasing the efficiency of the thrust.

In addition, the extruder housing is made of aluminium for reliable operation even in high-temperature environments. The rear block has cooling fins that increase heat dispersion. 

Lightness

In designing this extruder, Dyze has taken into account that size is a very important factor, especially for users who have equipment with several extruders. As a result, DyzeXtruder Pro has smaller dimensions and is much lighter than other extruders on the market in the same segment, allowing the user to work at high print speeds without fear of negatively affecting print quality.

Simple and versatile use

This extruder has been designed for professional and intensive use in combination with the Dyzend Pro hotend, allowing you to work with technical filaments. For this reason, it has a simple hotend removal system that only takes a few seconds. This makes maintenance work much easier and saves a significant amount of time.

Installation

The DyzeXtruder Pro extruder can be easily installed on a variety of FDM 3D printing equipment. M3 screws are included with the product for installation, and mounting threads on the side of the extruder make it easy to install.

To complement all its features, the DyzeXtruder Pro extruder has a special connection fitting suitable for inserting a PTFE tube and working as a Bowden-type extruder. In addition, it is possible to add a liquid cooling system using Dyze liquid cooling blocks.
