Dyzend-X hotend
Dyzend-X is one of the hotends developed by Dyze, a company dedicated to the manufacture of components for 3D printers. Within the wide range of products offered by this manufacturer you can find sensors, nozzles, hotends or extruders of the highest quality for maximum performance in FDM 3D printers.
The Dyzend-X hotend is available in two versions, one with a maximum temperature of 300 ºC, and the other with a maximum temperature of 500 ºC. In this way, the user can choose the one that best suits his needs and the type of materials he uses.
Both options offer accurate temperature readings for the best 3D printing performance. The sensor has a resolution of 0.16°C at 210°C, better than an amplified RTD sensor and a thermocouple. In addition, the Dyzend-X hotend can reach 210°C in as little as 70 seconds.
In addition to having a high temperature sensor, in order to be able to use certain filaments, it is necessary that the components in the melting zone of the material are made of metal to prevent them from deteriorating due to the high temperatures.
For this reason, the Dyzend-X melting zone is made entirely of metals that can withstand high temperatures without losing their mechanical properties. In addition, the sensors and heater cartridge are protected by high-temperature resistant sleeves.
One of the most attractive features of the Dyzend-X is its small size. Its dimensions allow the user to make efficient use of the construction volume of the device.
Within this compact design, the Dyzend-X's aluminium heating block transfers heat very quickly to the nozzle. In addition, the hotend design includes an enlarged melting zone to increase the melting performance of the filament.
Thanks to these features, with Dyzend-X you can increase the printing speed while maintaining excellent quality even when using flexible filaments.
The Dyzend-X hotend, unlike other hotends, comes pre-assembled, avoiding possible errors due to incorrect assembly. In addition, Dyze tests the hotends to verify correct operation.
Dyze takes care of every detail. Dyzend-X therefore includes connectors for each electrical component for easy installation by the user. The sensor is also easy to install thanks to its brass housing. This ensures that the hotend reads the correct temperature without any variation from the mounting.
In addition to these details, the Dyzend-X hotend includes a sealing washer that prevents material leakage. However, the most striking feature of this product is that it has interchangeable nozzles at room temperature, i.e. there is no need to heat up the hotend to change nozzles.
Dyzend-X includes a 0.4 mm nozzle for maximum hotend performance with any material.
To complement all of its features, Dyzend-X can be modified to suit a bowden extrusion system, as well as adding a liquid cooling system using Dyze liquid cooling blocks.
