The Silicone-Compatible Model 3D resin by HARZ Labs has been developed for the professional 3D printing of master models intended for silicone molds with the highest standards of precision. Its advanced technical formulation allows for full compatibility with platinum silicone and tin-catalyzed silicone, positioning it as one of the best options in the market for high-quality 3D resins for silicone molds. This resin is oriented towards professional environments where dimensional fidelity, chemical stability, and production repeatability are critical factors.

Platinum silicone compatible 3D resin for professional molds

The Silicone-Compatible Model by HARZ Labs stands out as a 3D resin compatible with platinum silicone without cure inhibition, allowing for the manufacturing of flexible silicone molds with a perfect finish and high surface definition. Its high chemical inertness prevents adverse reactions during curing, ensuring consistent results in mold manufacturing processes for jewelry, precision engineering, and technical prototyping.

Low shrinkage 3D resin for maximum dimensional precision

Dimensional stability is key in professional mold production. This low shrinkage 3D resin (less than 0.5%) ensures that printed parts maintain exactly the dimensions of the original digital design. Even after post-curing, the models retain their geometry, allowing for silicone molds identical to the CAD file, optimizing times, reducing errors, and improving production efficiency.

High chemical and material stability for continuous production

The Silicone-Compatible Model resin incorporates highly stabilized pigments and fillers that eliminate issues of sedimentation, flocculation, or foam formation. This stability turns this formulation into a reliable 3D resin for mass production of silicone molds, maintaining consistent quality in every print and guaranteeing repeatable professional results.

Odorless 3D resin for professional workshops and technical environments

Low odor and the absence of aggressive monomers position this odorless 3D resin for professional printing as a safe solution for jewelry workshops, design and engineering studios, and additive manufacturing spaces with natural ventilation. This feature improves working conditions without compromising technical performance or the final quality of the mold.

Advanced mechanical properties for highly complex molds

Thanks to its high Shore D hardness, high tensile and flexural modulus of elasticity, and controlled elongation, the Silicone-Compatible Model by HARZ Labs consolidates itself as a high mechanical strength 3D resin for master models. These properties allow it to withstand handling, demolding, and subsequent processes without deformation, even in silicone molds with complex geometries and high levels of detail.

Professional 3D resin for jewelry, engineering, and industrial 3D printing

The Silicone-Compatible Model 3D resin by HARZ Labs positions itself as a premium resin for professional 3D printing, oriented towards the manufacturing of silicone molds for precision jewelry, advanced engineering, industrial manufacturing, and technical prototyping. Its combination of platinum silicone compatibility, dimensional precision, chemical stability, and superior mechanical properties makes it an absolute reference within the segment of professional 3D resins for silicone molds.

The Silicone-Compatible Model Resin is a purple-colored resin specially developed for 3D printing molds intended for use with platinum-catalyzed silicones, a type of silicone that is highly sensitive to contaminants. Thanks to its high chemical inertness, this material does not interfere with the silicone curing process, allowing the production of high-quality molds with great precision and excellent detail reproduction. Due to these characteristics, it is suitable for both engineering applications and jewelry, as well as the manufacture of small-format technical parts.

Once printing is complete, it is essential to carry out a thorough cleaning process to remove any uncured resin residue. The parts must be rinsed with isopropyl alcohol (IPA), performing several washing cycles until ensuring that no liquid material remains on the surface or inside internal cavities. To optimize this process, manual cleaning with a soft brush soaked in IPA is recommended, especially in areas with complex geometries or a high level of detail.

After cleaning, the parts must be completely dried. For this purpose, it is advisable to blow with compressed air, which helps to effectively remove residual alcohol and moisture. Subsequently, a thermal treatment must be carried out by heating the parts for 120 minutes at a constant temperature of 80 °C. This step is critical to ensure dimensional stability, improve the mechanical properties of the material, and guarantee its full compatibility with platinum silicones, preventing curing issues in the final mold.

As an additional recommendation, it is suggested to handle the parts with gloves once they are clean to avoid surface contamination and to store them in a clean and dry environment until use, thus ensuring the best mold performance during the silicone casting process.

The User Manual and the Safety Data Sheet are available in the Attachments tab. It is recommended to review the documentation before handling the product.
