The SIL-001 silicone from Lynxter is a high-performance two-component RTV2 silicone designed for demanding industrial applications. Composed of components A and B, it initiates a reliable crosslinking reaction upon mixing (1:5 ratio), ensuring optimal performance. Its grey-colored formulation is offered in 55 g syringes or 850 g cartridges, making it compatible with the LIQ21 toolhead on the S600D and S300X systems. This adaptability supports precise and efficient material deposition in various industrial settings. For complex parts the water-soluble support silicone SUP-001 can be used.

Characterized by a hardness of 50 Shore A, SIL-001 delivers exceptional mechanical and chemical properties. It withstands extreme temperatures from -50°C to 250°C and exhibits excellent resistance to chemicals, UV radiation, and aging. Its 300% elongation capacity ensures remarkable flexibility, while its high electrical resistance and minimal dielectric loss make it suitable for electronics and insulation applications. The material's extended shelf-life further enhances its cost-effectiveness in long-term industrial processes.
