The Tech Clear resin by Moiin is a high quality open material designed and manufactured in Germany in accordance with industry standards. The Tech Clear resin offers numerous advanced features such as high transparency, excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, hardness, durability, eas of printing and autoclavability. This makes ideal for the 3D printing of durable objects that are transparent or require the visibility of interior features.

Just like all Moiin resins, the Tech Clear resin uses the trademark Moiin CDB technology to guarantee exceptional precision of the parts 3D printed with the Tech Clear resin, even when the part features inner structures, holes and cavities. The CDB technology (Cure Depth Barrier) minimizes the overcuring in the Z axis (no influence over printing speed) with the help of a chemical component included in the resin. That chemical component is optimized in each Moiin resin to ensure optimal performance in terms of the specific properties.

The Tech Clear resin is ideal for sectors such as design, education and science, industrial manufacturing, and medical technology. The possible applications include microfluidics, optics, virtual surgical planning, anatomical modeling, molds, functional replacement parts and devices, product design, production tools, prototypes, and much more. It is highly recommended to print the resin at a 385 nm wavelength if precise details and fine structures/channels are required in the part. If, on the other hand, the aim is the quick printing of voluminous parts, the wavelength of 405 nm is advisable.
