The Beam Air Pro air filter, developed by Flux, is specifically engineered for use with their Beambox, Beambox Pro, and Hexa laser cutters.

The Beam Air Pro boasts an enhanced 3-stage filtering system, which offers superior efficiency in air purification. Additionally, it is equipped with a range of intelligent features designed to simplify operation and improve overall user experience.

Key features

The Beam Air Pro air filter boasts an advanced 3-stage filtration system designed to enhance air quality in various environments. What's more, Beam Air Pro features active volume control, which automatically adjusts to maintain peak filtration efficiency and alerts users via the machine’s dashboard when a filter replacement is necessary.

This is done with the help of a smart indicator light placed below the ventilation regulation knob. The machine also includes a 3-tier noise reduction configuration known as "Tranquil Trio", incorporating sound-absorbing sponges and specialized enclosures to minimize operational noise.

The Beam Air Pro seamlessly integrates with FLUX lasers (2) through a USB connection (1), automatically activating at the start and deactivating at the end of the cutting process, with real-time filter status updates displayed on the FLUX laser machine's dashboard.

Additionally, the Beam Air Pro filter's workspace-friendly design ensures both optimal airflow and high filter capacity, while maintaining a slim and compact profile that fits comfortably under desks and work surfaces. The filter system

The Beam Air Pro air filter is engineered with a sophisticated 3-stage filtration system to ensure superior air quality in various workspaces.

1. The first stage features a pre-filter layer, composed of high-quality glass fiber with a 10 mm thickness and a lifespan of 4 to 13 hours. This layer is essential for capturing large airborne particles such as wood tar, acrylic residues, cellulose particles, and PM 10, promoting a cleaner and fresher environment.
2. The second stage includes an intermediate filter layer with a medical-grade H13 HEPA filter, covering 6 m² and effectively trapping ultra-fine particles down to 0.3 microns, addressing PM 2.5 and PM 10 for a more purified maker space.
3. The third and most advanced stage comprises an advanced filter layer, which features 9 kg of activated carbon for gas adsorption and a U16 lab-grade ULPA filter with a 6 m² surface area. This layer captures ultra-fine particles as small as 0.12 microns and manages a broad range of contaminants, including PM 2.5, PM 10, TVOC, and HCHO, with a lifespan ranging from 250 to 800 hours.
