Solution created for 3D printing in order to reduce the warping effect.

3DLac is the only lacquer created especially for 3D printing. Especially for 3D printers feature 'Heated Bed' or "heated bed" although it is also valid for 3D printers with cold base. 3DLac function is to hold the first layer of plastic so that it does not move at the start of printing, preventing unwanted failures in the early 3D printing process.

All users who prefer use lacquer and not  Kapton Tape, can be achieved with a sprayed or vaporized light on the glass bed base that the first plastic layer is fixed completely to this base bed. 3DLac properties make the base while the extruded plastic head is hot to adhere strongly. Upon cooling, the printed piece is released smoothly and undamaged. Specially designed for FDM 3D printing and high demands, 3DLac has a very strong adhesion to 100-110 °C.

3DLac has been developed by Leon3D with the advice of Belloch laboratories with more than 50 years of experience in the manufacture of lacquers. Its new formula unscented double locking is perfect for holding and removing the piece once printing is complete. No hits, subject only. A revolutionary lacquer that will mark a before and after among users of 3D printing.

With 3DLac parts are strongly adhered to the base bed. It is also very easy to clean with a damp cloth is sufficient. Thanks to 3DLac dramatically reduces the warping effect. The power of Accession 3DLac is so great that it is not necessary to vaporize every print. Normally the base with 3DLac every 3-4 impressions bed is sprayed, representing incredible cost savings over other coating materials not specifically designed for 3D printing.

3DLac is constantly investigating how to improve the formula of the product to achieve greater adhesion to the base, hence the formula currently used is an improved version compared to the first. Also now the same product is in two different formats. On the one hand, there is the traditional spray lacquer version that allows the product to be easily and quickly expanded; and on the other hand, the new version in liquid vaporizer that allows to concentrate more the product and avoids that it is finished sticking it in the mechanical parts of the 3D printer as it usually happens with the 3DLac in spray due to a bad use of it.

In the following video you can observe the operation of 3DLac:

It is absolutely crucial to keep in mind that if air shipment is required, the 3DLac Stick should be purchased as it is safe and therefore viable for air shipment without restrictions.

Remove the tray (glass) of 3D printer. Clean the glass or tray so that it is completely smooth before applying 3DLac. 3DLac spray over the entire surface of the glass tray or about 20 cm away (important always do it out of the printer in order not to obstruct any parts thereof). After printing a single piece re-spraying 3DLac right in the area of the piece it is finished printing, the rest of the surface with spray every 3-4 prints is enough. When making impressions 3-4 should be re-clean the motherboard 3DLac and re-lacquer spray again or liquid vaporizacor..

After the printing, wait until the heated base is below 30 °C, the adhesion will be lighter and without tools (depending on the characteristics and dimensions of the part) may remove the piece gently and without damage.
