The Wash and Cure Max machine is a powerful post-processing device with an impressive maximum cleaning size of 14.9 liters (300 x 165 x 300 mm), a spray cleaning function, 360º curing and impressive alcohol savings of over 50 % in comparison with similar washing and curing equipment available on the market. Wash and Cure Max is compatible with resin 3D printers with build plates no larger than 12" (max. model weight of 2.2 kg).

In comparison with traditional washing and cleaning equipment, Wash and Cure Max helps reduce the post-processing of parts 3D printed with resin to only 3 steps - filling in the cleaning detergent, placing the part in the basket and pressing one dual-function button to start a complete washign and curing procedure. There is no need to take the part out after washing, mount any additional accessories, change buckets, etc. Anycubic Wash and Cure Max does it all.

Spray cleaning and 360º dimensional curing

Instead of submerging the entire model in IPA alcohol or other cleaning liquid for efficient cleaning, the Anycubic Wash and Cure Max combines immersion cleaning with spray rinsing. First, mechanical jets are used to create a powerful water tornado that sprays the print with the alcohol/cleaning luquid. Once spray washing has been completed, Wash and Cure Max performs a bottom soak to get rid of any remaining resin at the bottom of the print or between intricate details.

This cleaning method results in over 50 % savings on the IPA alcohol used in the cleaning of models when compared with traditional washing and curing machines available on the market (4 liters versus approx. 8.5 l). The calculations were done at the Anycubic Laboratory for  large-sized models of 25 cm or taller where a 5-liter bucket of IPA alcohol was enough to clean up to 20 such models, reducing alcohol consumption to only about 50 ml per wash. The cleaning detergent should be filtered or replaced after cleaning 20 models.

In order to facilitate truly thorough UV curing (405 nm) of the part, Anycubic Wash and Cure Max is equipped with an automatic rotating curing platform that provides higher curing energy values and longer irradiation distances. This results in a more comprehensive and efficient curing.

Safe and smart design

Wash and Cure Max is not only efficient in terms of washing and curing but also in terms of its ease of use and aesthetics. The device has an elegant and minimalistic pearly white cover is easy to open and close thanks to the elegant flip cover placed on top of the machine. To ensure user safety, the cover effectively blocks UV radiation and is equipped with an alarm that will sound when the cover is not properly closed.
