Anycubic Wash and Cure 3 Plus

The Wash and Cure 3 Plus device from the Anycubic catalog of post-processing equipment is a 2-in-1 station for the washing and post-curing of parts 3D printed with resin. This machine is an upgraded version with multiple improved features to ensure not only easier and safer operation but also more efficiency and precision.

Wash and Cure 3 Plus measures 312 x 267 x 434 mm and it boasts a washing volume of 228 x 128 x 260 mm (228 x 128 x 250 with platform) and a curing volume of 220 x 260 mm (42 % bigger). With its all-in-one design, compact dimensions and a weight of mere 5.7 kg, Wash and Cure 3 Plus is the perfect desktop solution for the post-processing of parts 3D printed with any resin 3D printer.

The Wash and Cure 3 Plus washing and post-curing station by Anycubic contains everything that is needed for carrying out a successful post-processing of parts 3D printed with resin. The main elements of the station include:

• Cleaning bucket and basket - with a 13.4 % bigger basket size (7.6 liters) compared to Anycubic Wash and Cure Plus, the Wash and Cure 3 Plus station can now offer a cleaning volume of 12 liters. The basket is made of PP, resistant to oxidation for more longevity and reliable operation. The parts can be either removed from the build platform for cleaning or the entire platform can be placed hanging inside the bucket.
• Thanks to the two adjustable heights of the cleaning basket (150 mm and 250 mm) and the dual-layer curing table, more parts can be cured for maximized efficiency or less IPA alcohol can be used if few or small parts are washed.

• Curing chamber - consists of a dual-layer transparent PP curing table, a UV-blocking top cover and an Z-axis UV light. By implementing a 14-pìece light bead arrangement and an improved lens light source, the Anycubic Wash and Cure 3 Plus achieves a significant enhancement (20 %) in curing uniformity. Furthermore, the incorporation of the two-level curing platform increases the curing volume by about 42%. This advancement ensures a more comprehensive and thorough curing process for the entire model.

• Flexicure - the additional 380 mm gooseneck curing light ensures precise curing of objects no matter the geometry and complexity. This Flexicure light boosts the energy level by 30000 uW/cm² within a 1-3 cm irradiation range, effectively enhancing the curing process in delicate areas like model tops and garment hems.
• Control panel - the user interface is avaiable through the user-friendly operation panel equipped with a touch buttons. Via this control panel the user can choose cleaning and curing modes (1-30 minutes) as well as (de)activate the gooseneck light (FlexiCure).
