Instructions for use

Working with the Zetamix porcelain glazes is very safe and straightforward. Once the part has been 3D printed with the Zetamix Porcelain filament, it must undergo the process of debinding in the Zetabind ultrasonic bath and sintering in the Zetasinter tubular sintering furnace at 1000 ºC.

The production process for Zetamix porcelain components consists of six stages. It commences with file preparation and printing of the piece, followed by chemical debinding in an acetone bath and thermal debinding at 1000 °C.

After completing these four steps, the printed porcelain pieces can be glazed by dipping or coloring with the selected glaze. Subsequently, after a 30-minute drying period, the parts undergo final sintering at 1250 °C, concluding the process and rendering the piece ready.
