With a production capacity of more than 100 tons of high purity powder for industrial use in 2019, Nanoe is today a recognised manufacturer in the field of ceramic powder and, more specifically, with regard to the production of ATZ.
Zetamix by Nanoe
With their know-how as a producer of raw materials, in 2018 Nanoe launched the Zetamix by Nanoe brand to make ceramic and metal 3D printing simple and accessible to everyone, whether for laboratories, small companies or large scale projects. Derived from ceramic powder injection techniques, the Zetamix production procedure comprises three phases: printing, debinding, and sintering. Achieving a density exceeding 99%, the final product exhibits identical characteristics to those crafted through conventional means.
A complete ecosystem
Zetamix by Nanoe is a range of ceramic and metal filaments compatible with almost any FFF 3D printer and a variety of materials are available: alumina, zirconia, H13 steel, 316L stainless steel, silicon carbide, as well as Zetamix Porcelain or the Epsilon dielectric filament for radiofrequency applications. Nanoe also offers post-processing equipment for debinding and sintering, as well as porcelain glazes for the porcelain filament, and a coupon for a debinding and sintering service of parts 3D printed with the Zetamix filaments.
