Innovative system

The Revo ecosystem is a revolutionary system. Thanks to its innovative design, the Revo system allows the user to change the nozzle with their own hands, without having to worry about being damaged by high temperatures and without using specific tools.

The nozzles in the Revo range include what in other systems would be the heat break and the nozzle together in one piece. In addition, the nozzle area has a silicone protection that helps the user to tighten and loosen the part without slipping.

Ease of use

Unlike other systems, where over-tightening can affect or even damage the hotend, Revo nozzles are safe to use and there is no possibility of incorrect installation.

Revo nozzles are available in the following outlet diameters: 0.25 mm, 0.40 mm, 0.60 mm and 0.80 mm.

In addition, thanks to the colour coding of the silicone protection, the user can identify the different outlet diameters at a glance. In addition, each Revo nozzle has its size engraved with numbers, avoiding confusing identification marks.

Compatibility

Revo nozzles are only compatible with hotends from the Revo ecosystem, such as the Revo Micro Hotend, Revo Six or Revo Hemera.

Thanks to the Revo system, it is possible to save time on nozzle changes, streamlining the workflow.

Hide color variations (Hide color variations)

To change the Revo nozzles, the following steps must be followed::

  1. Wait until the hotend is at room temperature. Wait until the hotend has cooled down to 50 °C or less before changing Revo nozzles.
  2. Unscrew the Revo nozzle according to the picture. This step can be done with your own hands, without using additional tools.
  3. Screw on the new Revo nozzle according to the picture, also with your own hands.

Please note that Revo nozzles are only compatible with original E3D hotends with Revo system, such as the Revo Six, Revo Micro or Revo Hemera hotend.
