The brass nozzle is the most commonly used nozzle in FDM 3D printers. Zortrax nozzles have a smooth surface with a low tendency to stick to the plastic, ensuring excellent print quality.

Zortrax offers the user original nozzles of the highest quality, with different options compatible with its FDM M200 Plus, M300 Plus and M300 Dual 3D printers and different output diameters.

  • Nozzle 0.4 mm compatible with M200 Plus and M300 Plus, with Teflon nozzle sleeve included.
  • Nozzle 0.3 mm and nozzle 0.6 mm compatible with M200 Plus and M300 Plus, two teflon nozzle sleeves included.
  • 2x 0.4 mm nozzles compatible with M300 Dual, two teflon nozzle sleeves and two hotend sleeves.

For 3D printing of filled materials such as wood filaments, it is recommended to use nozzles with an output diameter of 0.6 mm to avoid possible clogging during the printing process.
