FLSUN are a globally renowned designer and manufacturer of FDM 3D printers, specialized in Delta 3D printers. One of their flagship products is the Super Racer 3D printer that stands out due to its maximum printing speed of 200 mm/s.

Super Racer's printing speed is certainly its biggest advantage as it is offers about 3-4 times the printing speed of any i3 architecture printer, making it possible to print the same model in just half the time. At printing speeds this high, Super Racer is capable of delivering great accuracy and excellent surface quality. This is thanks to the stable all-metal structure, high quality elements and an efficient extrusion system.

Super Racer has a build volume of Ø260 x 330 mm and is made up of high quality components such as 3K carbon fiber tubes, a 10 mm wide 2 GT belt, high precision linear guides, and a 48 mm stepper motor. This design not only guarantees smooth and stable printing but also durability, reliability and precise positioning.

The Super Racer 3D printer is equipped with a dual drive extruder and a Volcano hotend. The maximum extrusion temperature is 260 ºC which enables the user to work with a wide range of standard and engineering filaments such as PLA, ABS and PETG. Super Racer is compatible with 1.75 mm filament and comes with a 0.4 mm nozzle. The printing surface is a removable carborundum glass plate and the maximum bed temperature is 100 ºC.

The Super Racer printer is based on the open source Marlin firmware and is equipped with a 32-bit high-speed motherboard with four TMC 2209. This high-performance motherboard ensures high computing speed and silent operation of below 50 db. This makes the Super Racer printer ideal for spaces such as offices, design studios, classrooms or even households.

Super Racer is very user-friendly and ideal not only for advanced user but also for those who are just entering the world of 3D printing. Super Racer comes 90 % asssembled and only about 20 minutes are required to complete the assembly. The user interface is straightforward and easy to use, supports 8 languages and is displayed on a highly sensitive and responsive 3" capacitive screen.

FLSUN has made sure to equip the Super Racer 3D printer with features that ensure safe and efficient printing. Super Racer features a filament detection sensor. Thanks to this solution, the printer will stop printing immediately when the filament has run out and will resume when the material has been replaced. Furthermore, Super Racer can resume printing after power failure as well as automatically level the build plate.

Due to its smart design and safety features, the Super Racer 3D printer by FLSUN is the ideal equipment for rapid prototyping or the 3D printing of functional parts.
