Dyze is a company dedicated to the development and manufacture of components for 3D printers. Dyze is responsible for producing hotends, sensors, nozzles, and all kinds of accessories, although it specialises in the design of extrusion systems.

Among the extruders developed by the manufacturer is the DyzeXtruder GT, a high-quality all-metal extruder with a dual-clamp drive system that can pull any FDM 3D printing filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm.

The DyzeXtruder GT extruder is optimised to work in conjunction with the Dyzend-X hotend, delivering outstanding results in terms of performance and print quality.

DyzeXtruder GT has been designed to utilise the full potential of a small engine size to achieve high performance and very high thrust force. This is achieved thanks to its gear ratio of 5.65 : 1.

The gears that make up the DyzeXtruder GT extruder are custom-made from hardened high-strength steel and brass. This combination allows for low friction during operation, prolonging the life of the product.

The tooth pattern of the gears has a unique design that allows maximum grip, providing a constant flow of material and smooth feeding even with flexible filaments.

In addition, the extruder housing is made of aluminium for reliable operation even in high temperature environments.

Lightness

In designing this extruder, Dyze has taken into account that size is a very important factor, especially for users with multiple extruder systems. The DyzeXtruder GT is therefore a small extruder. The space-saving printhead allows the user to make efficient use of the print volume.

In addition, the DyzeXtruder GT is much lighter than a traditional extruder with a planetary gearbox, which allows the user to work at high printing speeds.

Simple and versatile use

The DyzeXtruder GT extruder features a practical hotend locking mechanism. Thanks to this mechanism, the user can remove the hotend even if there is still filament inside the extruder. This makes maintenance work much easier and saves a significant amount of time.

In terms of material input and extraction, this extruder includes a lever that facilitates the process. This lever can be locked, allowing the filament to be changed quickly and conveniently. After changing the filament, the user only has to push the lever to deactivate the locking mechanism.

Installation

The DyzeXtruder GT extruder can be easily installed on a variety of FDM 3D printing equipment. M3 screws are included with the product for installation, and the extruder's side mounting threads make it easy to install.

To complement all its features, the DyzeXtruder GT extruder has a special connection fitting suitable for inserting a PTFE tube and working as a Bowden-type extruder. In addition, it is possible to add a liquid cooling system using Dyze liquid cooling blocks.

The DyzeXtruder GT extruder is an original Dyze product. All of the manufacturer's products are of excellent quality. This extruder comes pre-assembled and tested. In addition, the entire gear system is protected under a housing to prevent damage from dust and dirt.
