Engineering resin for strong parts with high elongation, and good thermal and impact resistance.

The IND406 HDT100 High Elongation resin from the Loctite family of high temperature resistant resins is a high-strength, high elongation engineering plastic with good impact and high temperature resistance (HDT @ 0.45 MPA is 107 ºC). Parts 3D printed with this resin are tough, rigid, durable and also characterized by a good surface finish. Another advantage of this material is that the parts 3D printed with it can be machined, tapped, or polished for final finish.

The IND406 HDT100 High Elongation resin is the perfect material for the additive manufacturing of production floor tools, final parts, automotive interior elements, fixtures, jigs, and much more applications where reliable functioning in environments with elevated temperatures is required. Parts printed with the IND406 HDT100 resin are a great alternative for traditional injection molded plastics such as ABS and PP.
