Everlast 2 Membrane for XiP Nexa 3D

The Everlast 2 Membrane is a spare part designed by Nexa 3D especially for their ultrafast 4K XiP resin 3D printer. Each XiP resin vat comes with one Everlast 2 Membrane but since the latter is a consumable, it should be replaced once its lifecycle has come to an end in order to ensure successful 3D prints.

Compared to other similar membrane films available on the market, the Everlast 2 membrane is a more durable and resilient solution that can extend the printing life by over 25 times, serving over 50 000 layers (20 liters of resin per membrane). This kind of efficiency implies less downtime due to membrane change and reliable continuous printing for long prints or production in series. The Everlast 2 Membrane is part of the Nexa 3D proprietary LSPc technology (lubricant sublayer photo-curing) based on the masked stereolithography (mSLA) principle. Thanks to its consistent optical transmittance, the self-lubricated LSPc membrane provides even resin replenishment, promoting consistent part properties across batches. Furthermore, the Everlast 2 Membrane creates a non-stick zone between the vat and the 3D printed part. These are one of the reasons why the XiP printer is able to achieve the unprecedented printing speeds of 18 cm per hour, isotropic part properties and astonishing detail.
