Description

Official replacement and conversion fan from Mr Beam, designed to allow direct air exhaust without using the filter system, ideal for setups with external extraction or environments where filtration is not required.

It is compatible with all Mr Beam II and Mr Beam II Dreamcut models, allowing the machine to operate with direct extraction instead of the official air filter system. The fan is inserted into the elbow piece of the air outlet, replacing the internal filtering system so that the smoke and gases generated by the laser can be expelled directly outside, for example through a window or an external extraction system, without the need for a filter.

This solution is especially useful in environments with direct ventilation or when the original filtering system is not available, while maintaining full functionality of the equipment. Installation is straightforward, requiring no complex modifications—simply insert the fan into the corresponding elbow piece.

As considerations, the fan is louder than the original filter system due to its high rotation speed. Since no internal filtering is present, smoke, particles, and gases are expelled directly outside, making proper extraction essential. Before installation, it is recommended to completely disconnect the equipment from power and ensure proper alignment of the wiring and insertion slot.

This fan is intended for scenarios where the internal Mr Beam filtering system is not desired — for example, workshops with a general extraction system, open or ventilated areas, or when fumes are preferred to be channeled outside the workspace.
