Prusa MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion Kit

Transform your Original Prusa MK4S into the new fully enclosed 3D printer Prusa CORE One and enhance your printing experience. The Conversion Kit includes everything needed to complete the process and achieve the Prusa CORE One without compromise.

The Prusa CORE One uses many proven parts from the Original Prusa MK4S. This is why you can convert your existing 3D printer into the new Prusa CORE One, and why we can offer exceptional backward compatibility. You can easily reuse your current print sheets, hotends, nozzles, and many other parts.

Before requesting the upgrade, check which version of the xLCD is installed. This is important for proper compatibility with the upgrade.

The top image shows the NEW xLCD version. If you have this version, please choose the "New xLCD version" option. The bottom image shows the OLD xLCD version. If you have this version, please choose the "Previous xLCD version" option.

The Prusa CORE One delivers exceptional print quality thanks to the Nextruder. With our internally developed print profiles focused on quality, your models will come out exactly as designed, with perfect dimensional accuracy. The CORE One takes advantage of the improved Nextruder with 360° cooling, allowing flawless printing of 75° overhangs, saving time and material.

The CORE One is fast with all filaments, not just specialized ones. Don’t limit your projects to a small selection of “high-speed” specialized filaments. Use any PLA, PETG, or any of the advanced materials. While the CORE One is our fastest printer to date thanks to its robust CoreXY kinematics, high-flow nozzle, Input Shaper, and factory-tuned print profiles for over 200 filaments, it never sacrifices quality for faster print times.

The Prusa CORE One takes up 50% less space than the MK4S inside a box, yet offers an impressive 30% increase in build volume. Space efficiency matters, even for us! With a huge 3D print farm of over 600 machines, the compact size and optimized design of the CORE One allow us to fit even more printers in the same space and increase production.

The chamber is as compact as possible, with cleverly designed gaps on each side to minimize volume. This allows the chamber to quickly reach higher temperatures (up to 55°C), enabling smooth printing of ASA, ABS, PC, PA (Nylons), and other advanced materials without warping. The automatic ventilation system and active temperature control allow flawless PLA printing, even with the door fully closed!

The Prusa CORE One is built as a full steel exoskeleton. The enclosure is an integral part of the printer, providing extraordinary stability and rigidity. Maintenance remains simple, and if you need to replace a worn part in a couple of years, it’s no problem. Everything can be disassembled with a screwdriver.
