PentaShield enclosure for Phrozen Arco

The Phrozen PentaShield Enclosure module is a robust frame designed to enhance the performance and safety of the Phrozen Arco 3D printer. Featuring five full panels made from acrylic and metal, the PentaShield is easy to assemble and remove. Its design includes three transparent sides for monitoring the printing process, a solid metal back panel for added stability, and a clear top to accommodate the accessory Chroma Kit, ensuring comprehensive protection during prints.

Constructed with an all-metal frame and sturdy acrylic panels, the PentaShield reinforces the Arco printer’s ultra-stable structure, providing the strength needed for optimal printing performance. One key advantage is the enclosure’s ability to maintain a consistent printing temperature, with enclosed prints showing temperature increases of up to 10 ºC compared to non-enclosed setups. This ensures reliable results, especially for temperature-sensitive materials.

The PentaShield also enhances the comfort of the workspace by significantly reducing printing noise and odors. Its design features a back panel with an opening to connect external recirculation systems, such as HEPA filters or ventilator fans, helping keep the environment clean and breathable while mitigating unpleasant smells.
