In order to prevent webbing/bridging from forming, My Yard has designed the volume control kit, an add-on available in two versions: for the Formart 2 and Formart SE vacuum forming machines, or for the Formart S vacuum forming machine.

The volume control kit is simple in its design and use. When installed into the frame of the Formart machines in the designated spots, the kit functions as a mobile divider between molds.

This simple and easy to use solution assists in the pressing of the plastic sheet onto the molds and regulates the volume of vacuum pressure within the forming area. This guarantees the elimination of the webbing/bridging effect, thus ensuring flawless molds at all times.
