These PET sheets are designed by My Yard specially for their Formart S, Formart 2 and Formart SE vacuum forming machines. Available in two sizes (A4 and 500 x 300 mm) and with thicknesses raning between 0.3-0.8 mm, these PET sheets are compatible with all three devices. The number of sheets in each package depends on the chosen thickness:
- 0.3 mm: 50 sheets.
- 0.5 mm: 30 sheets.
- 0.8 mm: 20 sheets.

These PET (polyethylene terephthalate) sheets, composed of 80% recycled PET bottles, offer exceptional qualities for various applications such as packaging bubble shells, toy shells, trays, food packaging, low-temperature food containers, creative light shells, etc. PET's notable attributes include high transparency and impact resistance, making PET ideal for applications that require both clarity and durability. What's more, these PET sheets include a surface coating in the form of a food grade release agent for a smoother workflow with items such as chocolate.

Pre-heating at 140 ºC is required for these PET sheets, and the best forming temperatures range between 120-130 °C. PET exhibits versatility across a wide temperature span of -40 to 70°C. Once the target temperature is reached, ensure prompt lowering of the frame for shaping within three seconds to prevent excessive baking and consequent whitening of the plastic sheet.
