Regarding GT2 toothed belts (2 mm pitch), choosing the correct belt width is crucial, as this ensures uniform and stable load distribution, providing smooth and precise motion on each axis of the 3D printer. Therefore, the two most common sizes are:

• GT2-9mm (LL-2GT-9RF): It has a width of 9 mm. This width provides a larger contact area, which can contribute to a more uniform load distribution. It is commonly used in 3D printers where greater support and stability in axis movements are sought.
• GT2-6mm (LL-2GT-6RF): It has a width of 6 mm. Its narrower profile may be preferred in situations where greater precision is required and space is limited. This type of belt is suitable for 3D printers and other devices where precision in motion is a priority. This belt has a height of 1.78 mm and the tooth height is 0.75 mm.
