GT2 Pulley

The GT2 aluminum pulleys are responsible for ensuring precision and efficiency in every rotation, as they are the components responsible for optimizing motion transmission.

All of them are made of high-quality aluminum, available in different widths and for 6 mm, 9 mm, and 10 mm belts. Additionally, this high-quality belt eliminates the backlash effect between the belt teeth and the gear. Moreover, they help reduce vibrations during movement, contributing to having a quieter and more precise 3D printer. Some models (all except the sync models) include two set screws to secure the pulley to the motor.

The available models are:

• GT2-6 mm / 20T, 5 mm (sync): For 6 mm GT2 belt. The pulley has 20 teeth and a 5 mm inner hole diameter. It does not have set screws as it is a distribution pulley. Outer diameter: 15 mm, length: 10 mm.
• GT2-9 mm / 20T, 5 mm: For 9 mm GT2 belt. The pulley has 20 teeth and a 5 mm inner hole diameter. It has set screws. Outer diameter: 16 mm, length: 20 mm.
• GT2-10 mm / 20T, 5 mm: For 10 mm GT2 belt. The pulley has 20 teeth and a 5 mm inner hole diameter. It has set screws. Outer diameter: 16 mm, length: 20 mm.
• GT2-10 mm / 20T, 6.35 mm: For 10 mm GT2 belt. The pulley has 20 teeth and a 6.35 mm inner hole diameter. It has set screws. Outer diameter: 16 mm, length: 20 mm.
• GT2-10 mm / 20T, 5 mm (sync): For 10 mm GT2 belt. The pulley has 20 teeth and a 5 mm inner hole diameter. It does not have set screws as it is a distribution pulley. Outer diameter: 18 mm, length: 13 mm.

The 20-tooth GT2 pulleys are widely used in the field of 3D printing, any type of DIY CNC, and also in robotics or automation projects. The 20-tooth GT2 pulleys for a 5 mm shaft are mainly used for transmitting nema 17 motors, among others, to their GT2 belts.
