Mechanical elements for Raise3D printers
Raise3D 3D printers are composed of multiple mechanical elements that suffer wear during printing, some of them are for example bearings used in the extruder, couplers to join shafts, gears, shafts, positioners, adjusting screws, etc. All of them are essential for efficient and accurate operation of Raise3D 3D printers.
In the following image you can see the filament guide gears and the filament guide piece that goes inside the extruder ([S]5.02.07024A02).
Another component with wear is the linear bearing in the base of the Raise3D E2 3D printer (E2 Box-type Slider [S]5.08.07007A01), as can be seen in the following image:
