SAFEVAC H ACD - Industrial Vacuum Cleaner

The SAFEVAC H ACD is a combustible dust vacuum cleaner designed to offer maximum safety and efficiency. This product, which expands our range of accessories for SLS environments, is compact, powerful, and easy to handle. It is designed to facilitate the aspiration of combustible dust in areas not classified as ATEX, providing an effective solution for collection in areas where a high level of safety is required. The SAFEVAC H ACD is available with a 45-liter capacity and 2.6 kW power.

This vacuum cleaner features two high-performance single-phase motors that can operate independently, allowing complete control over the suction power. The structure of the unit is carefully insulated to maintain a low noise level, improving the work environment. The motors are housed in a robust casing, protected by an insulating sponge, to ensure silent and efficient operation.

One of the key features of the SAFEVAC H ACD is its progressive filtration system, which includes a primary antistatic polyester filter Class M and a secondary absolute H14 filter. This system ensures the safe collection of combustible dust, preventing the buildup of electrostatic charges that could compromise safety at the worksite. Furthermore, all components are grounded, ensuring the complete dissipation of any electrostatic charge.

The material collected is stored in a 45-liter AISI 304 stainless steel container, which is designed to be durable and easy to empty. The container is equipped with a metal handle to facilitate its release, which reduces the risk of generating sparks due to electrostatic charge. This makes it an ideal choice for environments where safety is a priority.
