The TiO2 ceramic filament represents an innovative solution in the field of FDM/FFF 3D printing with advanced materials. This new sinterable filament from Zetamix, formulated from titanium dioxide (TiO2), is designed to print parts that, after a chemical and thermal debinding process, followed by sintering at temperatures up to 1300 °C, achieve properties comparable to those of a high-density technical ceramic. Thanks to its high permittivity (ε = 75) and its low dielectric losses, sintered TiO2 is widely used in radiofrequency components, becoming a reference material for high-precision electronic applications.

Compatible with most FDM 3D printers on the market, this technical filament is delivered in 500 g spools, vacuum-sealed to preserve its properties before use. Its printing is carried out at low temperatures (around 140 °C) and at 20 mm/s, which allows precise deposition of each layer, essential for maintaining the geometry and density required for subsequent thermal processing.

Zetamix TiO2 stands out as one of the few ceramic materials available in filament format that allows laboratories, research centers, and specialized manufacturers to produce functional components with complex geometries using additive manufacturing technologies. This filament is ideal for the development of miniaturized electronic devices, resonators, waveguides, antennas, and other sensitive structures that require optimized electrical behavior at high frequencies.

The use of Zetamix TiO2 in 3D printing marks an advance in the manufacturing of functional ceramics, integrating precision, efficiency, and compatibility with accessible technologies. This material positions 3D printing as a strategic tool for the development of advanced solutions in the radiofrequency sector.
