Designed for Speed

With this system, the Halot Mage S 14K can reach a printing speed of 150 mm/h, allowing it to print a 15 cm high piece in just 1 hour. Although the printing speed is 3 to 4 times faster than other printers, the print quality remains very high. However, it is recommended to print at a speed of 130 mm/h for the best possible results.

The Halot Mage S also features a specialized 3-layer Pictor film, designed specifically to support high-speed printing reducing peeling force by approximately 35%. Unlike the standard FEP film (also included), which is recommended for normal-speed printing, the Pictor film is designed to last. This allows the print bed to release each layer smoothly and effortlessly, minimizing interruptions and ensuring uniform and high-quality results even at high speeds.

The Halot Mage S supports an optional intelligent resin pump, a very practical upgrade for busy labs and workshops that require streamlined resin handling and hands-free operation. This add-on, which is sold separately, automates the resin filling (30 ml/min) and draining (45 ml/min) process, significantly reducing manual intervention and minimizing potential mess. Designed for perfect integration, the resin pump operates without interrupting the printer’s leveling system, ensuring consistent print quality. Additionally, the pump features a removable feed tube that simplifies the process of switching to a new resin bottle, making it an ideal solution for high-demand environments.

The Build Platform

The Halot Mage S is also equipped with advanced mechanics for smooth and precise layer-by-layer printing. To ensure optimal adhesion of parts and their quick removal, Creality opted for a machined CNC aluminum build platform with a laser-engraved surface.

Safety

The Halot Mage S printer includes a smart air purifier designed to improve safety and comfort during printing. This purifier works automatically, turning on and off based on the printer's activity, ensuring effective air quality control only when needed. It features a newly developed activated carbon filter with a lifespan of 3 to 6 months, which is approximately 33% more effective than other similar models at absorbing resin odors and eliminating volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
