The FibreX ABS+GF filament from 3DXTECH requires an extrusion temperature of 365–390 °C with a hardened steel nozzle ≥0.4 mm and a heated bed at 140–160 °C. The use of a heated chamber at 95–110 °C, layer heights of 0.10–0.25 mm, and print speeds of 30–50 mm/s is recommended. Adhesion is improved with surfaces such as PEI, Kapton or ABS Slurry.

The filament should be dried at 80 °C for 4 hours before printing. Parts can be post-cured at 65 °C for 4 hours for greater dimensional stability. Drafts should be avoided during printing, and adequate ventilation should be maintained due to the presence of fiberglass.
