This filament brings together the ease of use typically associated with PLA and the mechanical toughness of ABS, providing a versatile solution for many different applications. Its printed products feature a translucent and smooth surface with exceptional clarity, light transmission, and high gloss. For parts that require the same performance but not translucency, solid color options are also available.

PETG is known for its ease of printing, similar to PLA, and does not require a temperature-controlled chamber, making it suitable for a wide range of FDM 3D printers. It features minimum tolerance and low warping, ensuring consistent feeding and stable prints. The filament is tangle-free and avoids overlapping, which enhances print reliability. With good layer bonding and reduced issues like stringing, bubbling, and cracking, it is easy to handle and results in highly precise prints with an outstanding surface finish.

To achieve optimal print quality with the eSUN filament, it is recommended to use the printer settings specified in the material's technical datasheet (Attachments).

Should the part not adhere properly to the print bed, it is recommended to use an adhesion product such as Magigoo, a solution designed specially for 3D printing.

Proper filament storage is essential for maintaining the quality of any filament. To prevent compromised print quality due to moisture absorption, the eSUN filaments should be stored in a sealed container with desiccant.

If the filament absorbs excess moisture, drying it before printing in a filament dryer according to the recommended material settings is recommended to restore its optimal printing properties.
