The SPITFIRE HT Cartridge is a removable cartridge designed for WASP SPITFIRE RED and WASP SPITFIRE BLACK extruders, without PTFE to allow high-temperature printing. It is recommended for materials such as ABS, PA, PC, HIPS, PA+C, ASA, PMMA, and PP. The cartridge includes steel nozzles in diameters 0.4 mm, 0.7 mm, and 1.2 mm, adaptable according to the type of material and desired resolution.

The innovative WASP Spitfire system offers a modular architecture that allows mounting specific barrels and nozzles according to user needs, ensuring precise and stable extrusion for a wide variety of polymers. This modularity facilitates the extruder’s adaptability to different professional printing processes, optimizing performance and print quality.

Replacing the cartridge requires experience and care. Before starting operation, it is essential to review the instructional videos available in the FAQ section of the website. The cartridge should be considered a spare part; continuous cartridge changes are not recommended to avoid damage or premature wear.
