Unicorn High Flow nozzle for Creality 3D printers

The Unicorn high-flow nozzles are a cutting-edge collaboration between E3D and Creality, tailored specifically for Creality's K1C, K1 Max, Ender 3 V3, Ender 3 V3 Plus, Ender 3 V3 KE, and Ender 3 V3 SE 3D printers. Engineered with an all-metal integrated nozzle and a titanium HeatBreak, these nozzles allow for extrusion temperatures of up to 300 ºC, while ensuring superior thermal stability (no filament leaks or thermal runaway) and minimizing the risk of heat creep thanks to the sharp thermal gradient in the HeatBreak. Designed for ease of maintenance, they can be replaced in under five minutes. Despite the challenges often associated with high-speed printing, these nozzles ensure exceptional interlayer adhesion strength, resulting in parts with a pristine finish and robust, functional parts.

Available in brass and ObXidian variants, the Unicorn nozzles cater to diverse printing needs. The brass nozzle features a tri-metal construction and is optimized for standard filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, and PA. The ObXidian nozzle, with its quad-metal construction, supports abrasive filaments and filled filaments, including PLA-CF, ABS-CF, PETG-CF, PC-CF, and PA-CF. Its hardened steel insert, combined with E3DLC coating, offers exceptional wear resistance and embeds non-stick properties, drastically reducing plastic build-up. Whether tackling everyday prints or demanding functional prototypes, the Unicorn nozzles deliver unparalleled versatility and precision.

At the core of the Unicorn nozzle's high-speed performance is E3D's innovative multi-channel internal design. By dividing the filament path into four channels, the nozzle significantly increases the filament's contact surface area, enabling a remarkable volumetric flow rate of up to 52 mm³/s. This advanced design supports print speeds of up to 600 mm/s, ensuring consistent and reliable extrusion.
